About Our Board

Do you or someone you know have the passion to give back to your community?

Are you or someone you know a natural giver and want to make a difference?

Well Here is your opportunity!

Gift A Kid is currently seeking those who would like to join our Board of Directors. If you are interested please view current openings, specifications, and interview opportunities.

Gift A Kid has always been proud to welcome help from our local youth as well as our adults. Many of the current positions that are needed are primarily focused towards adults. Board Members must be willing to put in much time and effort. Gift A Kid is an incredibly rewarding program, but in order to make it successful, we must have staff who care and don't give up.

Specifications

Idealy we are looking for a board of up to 12 individuals.

Members must be at least 11 years of age.

Members are recommended to have some volunteer experience

Members are required to involve family and friends in events.

Members are required to participate in most functions.

Members are recommended to attend Board Meetings regularly.

Members must be committed to helping the children and families we serve.

Members must be dedicated to what they obligate themselves to.

Members must be prepared to publicly speak at any time.

Members foremost must contribute equally to discussions and organization of events.
